OUR DELIVERY PROMISE
At Le Sexy we want to make sure you receive your order, so we are committed to delivering your package. In the event that it is stolen or lost while traveling, we will fully replace all products and resend them at no cost.
Our promise is fulfilled when the package has been delivered to the address you have provided us.
- Provide a complete, valid and traceable address within the destination country.
- Include references (Specify if it is a house, apartment, company; between which streets it is located; some distinctive feature that can identify your address.)
- Make sure there will be someone at home who can receive the package.
- If you are not sure if your address has coverage, please send us a message on WhatsApp ( +52 777 824 6442 ) and we will be happy to advise you.
- When the customer does not provide a complete, valid and traceable address where the order can be delivered.
- When the parcel service does not have coverage in the area.
- When no one is at home or there are not enough address references.
- When it cannot be located or is located in a remote area.
- Addresses considered remote areas and/or packages in an area of occurrence or abandonment.
- The customer does not answer when the courier company calls him.
- High insecurity areas, blockades, health contingencies, environmental contingencies, natural disasters or confrontations between towns or people that put the safety of the delivery personnel at risk.
In the event that the package could not be delivered for any of the reasons described above and it is returned to Le Sexy by the courier, the customer will be responsible for covering a new shipping cost to recover the package.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
The days and times of delivery of the merchandise are determined by the company contracted to make said deliveries according to its logistics and distance from the customer's address, so Le Sexy does not undertake to make deliveries of merchandise with a specific parcel company, as well as to make deliveries on specific days, people and times .
- In the Mexican Republic we have an estimated delivery time of 3 business days, however you should check with the sales department, since in some remote locations shipments take up to 8 business days. Delivery days are counted from the day after the order is placed.
- For the rest of the world, delivery times depend on the destination country and range from 5 to 15 business days, which may vary due to delays or retentions at customs or local authorities.
All duties and taxes assessed by customs are the responsibility of the customer.
These times do not apply to special industry promotions or events such as Cyber Monday, Cyber Days, Hot Sale, Black Friday, Cyber Santa, Big Sale, among others. For these dates, delivery times will be extended. These will be reported on the website or in current promotions. You will also find out the estimated time during the purchase process when entering the delivery address.
Mexico : Purchases over $1,499.00
Rest of the World : Purchases over $250 Dollars, all duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
